While Winslow did not appear in court, two attorney&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nj.com\/jets\/index.ssf\/2014\/02\/jets_tight_end_kellen_winslow_jr_pleads_not_guilty_to_synthetic_marijuana_charge.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">appeared<\/a> in his place to enter the plea.<\/p>\n<p>Winslow, 30, was arrested in November after a woman called police <a href=\"http:\/\/tireball.com\/nfl\/2014\/01\/17\/woman-claims-kellen-winslow-was-masturbating-when-arrested-in-november\/\" title=\"Woman claims Kellen Winslow was masturbating when arrested in November\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">to report him masturbating<\/a> in his vehicle at a Target. While Winslow was not charged for lewdness, police allegedly found synthetic marijuana in his vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>The executive director of the NFL&#8217;s players&#8217; union said Winslow should not face any discipline from the league because synthetic marijuana is not listed in its drug policy as a banned substance.<\/p>\n<p>Winslow is set to become a few agent next month.
