The Kraken from Hogwarts could leave Carolina.<\/p>\n

Greg Hardy could leave the Panthers in free agency according to\u00a0general manager Dave Gettleman in an interview with the Charlotte Observer.<\/p>\n

Asked about signing Hardy or slapping him with the franchise tag, Gettleman said the defensive lineman could leave the team.<\/p>\n

\u201cEverybody lets players go. There isn\u2019t a team in this league that hasn\u2019t let a big dog walk out the door. And don\u2019t print that I\u2019m saying that he\u2019s going to go,\u201d Gettleman said. \u201cI\u2019m just making a statement. There isn\u2019t anybody that hasn\u2019t done that. It\u2019s a whole big puzzle we\u2019re putting together and he\u2019s one of the pieces.\u201d<\/p>\n
