Of course the comeback by the Packers was aided by two costly interceptions by Tony Romo in the fourth quarter as the Cowboys refused to run the ball while playing with the lead.<\/p>\n<p>While head coach Jason Garrett has <a href=\"http:\/\/tireball.com\/nfl\/2013\/12\/15\/garrett-blames-romo-for-game-deciding-int-says-qb-changed-play\/\" title=\"Garrett blames Romo for game deciding INT, says QB changed play\">already blamed Romo<\/a> for changing the play, wide receiver Cole Beasley is taking the blame for stopping his route.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve got to keep running,\u201d Beasley said, via <a href=\"http:\/\/espn.go.com\/blog\/dallas\/cowboys\/post\/_\/id\/4721414\/beasley-takes-blame-for-romos-last-pick\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">ESPN<\/a>. \u201cThat was on me. That\u2019s all it was. &#8230; I stopped when I should have kept going. That\u2019s about it. <\/p>\n<p>Rather then finish his route, Beasley stopped and Romo&#8217;s pass was intercepted by Tramon Williams sealing the win for the Packers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI saw the corner and I throttled down a little bit. I don\u2019t have the option to do that on my play. That was my fault. We didn\u2019t execute how we were supposed to. I take full responsibility for it. I\u2019ve just got to keep running and catch the ball and take the hit.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Romo acknowledged he threw the ball to where Beasley should have been, not where the receiver ended up being.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe ended up cutting his route off, and I threw it as if he was continuing to go to the sideline, so we\u2019ll get that right,\u201d said Romo. \u201cWe\u2019ll go back and assess the whole process and get it right.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Cowboys will need to win out and claim the NFC East if they are to make the playoffs.
