Some even believe that Griffin pushed himself hard to return for the 2013 season for fear of being replaced at quarterback by Kirk Cousins.<\/p>\n<p>If that idea is true, it&#8217;s news to Griffin.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMe and Kirk have always been good,\u201d Griffin told <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csnwashington.com\/football-washington-redskins\/talk\/rg3-says-he-never-feared-losing-job-cousins\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">CSNwashington.com<\/a>. \u201cThat\u2019s not an issue. The way I look at it, hard work, dedication and God\u2019s grace is what helped me come back and play so quick.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Griffin added\u00a0\u201cAnyone who knows me, knows I\u2019m not that guy.
