And we&#8217;re committed to our players, and everybody is working extremely hard to get this thing turned around.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday the Vikings will get Christian Ponder another chance at quarterback. Ponder was 0-3 for the Vikings to start the season and then sat out the teams only win as Matt Cassel made a start. Ponder sat out two more games as Cassel and Josh Freeman took turns trying to run the offense and last week returned to action in a dismal performance against Green Bay.<\/p>\n<p>Spielman could also be out of a job at the seasons end so his comments are hardly an endorsement for Frazier.<\/p>\n<p>The Vikings are 17-28 since Frazier took over mid-way though the 2010 season.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; The Minnesota Vikings are behind head coach Leslie Frazier.
