Josh Freeman is denying that he requested a trade from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Reports circulated prior to Sunday’s game that Freeman asked the Buccaneers for a trade shortly after he missed the teams photo<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“If it’s going on, I need a new camp,” Freeman said after the game.<\/p>\n

Bucs QB says he has no plans to seek a trade. “If its going on I need a new camp.”<\/p>\n

Also after the game head coach Greg Schiano said that Freeman did not have his captaincy taken away from him due to missing meetings.<\/p>\n

The Buccaneers are 0-2 following a close loss to the New Orleans Saints. With noticeable friction between Freeman and Schiano it would not be a surprise to see the Buccaneers change quarterbacks should they lose next week against New England.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
