The Raiders appear to have more questions this season and it starts with unsteady play at quarterback.<\/p>\n<p>The Colts do not have the problems. A year after Andrew Luck led the team to a 11-5 record and a playoff appearance in his rookie campaign the team is looking for more in 2013.<\/p>\n<p>It should come as little surprise that the Colts are a double digit favorite. <strong><\/strong>The <strong>Indianapolis Colts are a<\/strong><strong> 10 point favorite<\/strong> against the Oakland Raiders in Week 1.
