The new comes one day after Moore agreed to a one-year contact with the Dallas Cowboys.<\/p>\n<p>Moore, 33, was set to get on a plane but could not leave his family. The Cowboys were informed of Moore\u2019s decision on Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I hated letting [Cowboys OC and OL coach] Bill [Callahan] down.&#8221; Said Moore.<\/p>\n<p>There had been rumors that Moore was considering retirement earlier this offseason but the 2011 Pro Bowler shot those rumors down.<\/p>\n<p>Moore spent his entire NFL career with the New York Jets making 142 starts.
