The decision from Cytosport came three days after Hernandez was first linked to the investigation of a murder which left 27-year-old Odin Lloyd dead.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1371825118407_3577\">In a statement Cytosport said that it was terminating its contract with Hernandez &#8220;effective immediately.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1371825118407_3578\">Other athletes with Cytosport endorsement deals include Green Bay Packers linebacker Clay Matthews, Texas Rangers infielder Ian Kinsler and Olympic marathoner Ryan Hall.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1371825118407_3596\">No arrests have been made in relation to the homicide but reports indicate Hernandez could have a warrant issued for his arrest on charges of obstruction of justice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aaron Hernandez has lost the endorsement of Cytosport due to his link to a homicide investigation in Massachusetts.
