Flacco, 35, will received $1.5 million\u00a0 in base pay with the chance to earn another $3 million with incentives.<\/p>\n<p>Flacco figures to jump ahead of David Fales and fourth-round pick James Morgan for the backup job.<\/p>\n<p>Last season Flacco ended up on injured reserve due to a herniated disk with the Denver Broncos 2-6 in his lone season there.<\/p>\n<p>Flacco spent the other 11 seasons of his NFL career with the Baltimore Ravens.
