The results, so-so. <\/p>\n<p>To put it blunt. The last three seasons have undone anything Pagano had accomplished during the first three. The Colts had been mired in 8-8 land for two seasons, knowing that the absence of Andrew Luck left the team without a chance. Then 2017 came and there was no Luck at all.<\/p>\n<p>Without Luck on the field the Colts have fallen to 3-12. It&#8217;s an appropriate conclusion.<\/p>\n<p>Pagano will get his pick of coordinator jobs. It would not even be a complete surprise to see him get interviewed or even hired for a head coaching gig.
