Go figure. A player who has been out six games due to a suspension who spent that time working out “looks good.” I guess water being wet will be the next newsworthy moment.\u00a0 It’s no surprise that Elliott is in shape. It’s also not a secret that the Cowboys are better with him on the field.<\/p>\n
Elliott returns to the Cowboys for the final two games of the season. Currently outside of the playoff picture, the Cowboys need wins against the Seahawks and Eagles.<\/p>\n
Elliott’s 2017 season has been a step back from his breakout rookie season. In his eight games this season he’s run 191 times for 783 yards averaging 4.1 yards – down a full yard for 2016 – with seven touchdowns. He’s added 19 catches for 210 receiving yards and two touchdowns.<\/p>\n
