There was rumors he may appeal in the wake of Tom Brady winning his case against the NFL but he will not.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile I am terribly disappointed to miss the first four games of this season, I am absolutely determined that my issue is not going to be a distraction for the Cowboys,\u201d Hardy said in a statement, via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nfl.com\/news\/story\/0ap3000000525502\/article\/cowboys-de-greg-hardy-will-not-appeal-fourgame-suspension\">NFL.com<\/a>. \u201cI have enormous affection and respect for everyone here, and having seen the impact a court case can have on an NFL organization, I believe it is in the team\u2019s best interest for me to announce that I will not pursue any further litigation.
