The latest team to speak with the two-time Super Bowl winning coach is the Oakland Raiders.  <\/p>\n<p>The Bills and 49ers have also shown interest in Shanahan who sat out this year after losing a power struggle in Washington against a front office who backed quarterback Robert Griffin III. <\/p>\n<p>Shanahan previously lasted just over a year as the Raiders head coach as he butted heads with then owner Al Davis.
