His days of being a head coach are gone but if a team such as the Redskins want to bring him on in a lesser role they certainly will not find many better options.<\/p>\n<p>Under Phillips the Texans were a top ten defense from 2011-2013.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" lang=\"en\">\n<p>This is an interesting one.
