Anderson has been the quarterback for two of the Panthers five wins this season as he also defeated the Buccaneers in Week 1.<\/p>\n<p>Newton has started 12 games this season but is a far cry from putting up the numbers that made some suggest he was an MVP candidate a year ago. Newton has completed 58.4-percent of his passes for 2812 yards with a 16:11 touchdown to interception ratio.
