However with the 49ers now being out of the playoff picture they may choose to sit him this time around.<\/p>\n<p>McDonald was served with a search warrant reports <a href=\"http:\/\/abc7news.com\/sports\/police-serve-search-warrant-at-49ers-ray-mcdonalds-home\/440383\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">ABC 7<\/a> after the alleged victim told police she may have been sexually assaulted by the defensive end on Monday.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" lang=\"en\">\n<p>San Jose PD says it is investigating sexual assault allegation reported Tuesday. Ray McDonald alleged as suspect.
