The Browns are giving him a rest in hopes of having him right for Week 3.<\/p>\n<p>Gary Barnidge and Jim Dray will fill in at tight end.<\/p>\n<p>Cameron caught two passes for 47-yards in the Browns opening week loss to Pittsburgh.
