Tony Romo is will not be playing any golf during his rehab. In fact the Dallas Cowboys quarterback has given up on the game.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s been awhile,\u201d Romo said via the Dallas Morning News<\/a>. \u201cAlmost a year and a half.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n

Romo underwent a microdisecthomy to repair a herniated lumbar disk in late December missing the Cowboys final game of 2013. Currently the team has been limiting the number of throws he can make but all signs point to him being healthy by the time training camp rolls around.<\/p>\n

It is all football now for Romo who said he only played golf for two months a year anyway.<\/p>\n
