Takeo Spikes was not happy about being ejected from the Chargers season finale against the Raiders. The ejection of Spikes resulted from matching personal fouls between himself and Raiders running back Mike Goodson. Goodson was also ejected.
After hearing of his ejection Spikes charged referee Clete Blakeman and began screaming before being restrained.
We are not quite sure why the ejection upset him. Considering everyone in San Diego is expected to lose their job we figure that the ejection would give Spikes first dibs on boxes to clean out his locker.
