On Wednesday Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning said he would like to return to the team for the 2015 season if it was okay with them.
A day later – Christmas Day – Broncos coach John Fox stunned no one when he said that the Broncos want Manning back for his 18th NFL season.
All signs point to Manning returning next season however there is always a chance injuries could force him to walk away. His play has dropped off in recent weeks and the Broncos have employed a more ground oriented offensive game plan.
Yesterday, Peyton Manning said he plans on playing in 2015 if the Broncos would want him. Today, John Fox said Broncos want him back.

The Broncos finish up the regular season against the Raiders. A win will give them the AFC’s No. 2 seed. They surely will want to see Manning improve upon the four interceptions he threw a wee ago in a loss to the Bengals.
