Tom Brady has just about every post season record. His 49th career postseason pass went to tight end Rob Gronkowski and extended the Patriots lead in the AFC Championship game to a laughable 24 points.
Brady and the Patriots appear set to be the AFC representatives in the Super Bowl where they will face the Seahawks who rallied back to upend the Packers in the NFC Championship.
The pass to Gronkowski came from the shotgun formation and was listed as a five yard score.
