The Atlanta Falcons will play against the Carolina Panthers for the NFC South division title on Sunday.

Wide receiver Julio Jones returned a week ago to lead the team in receiving and it looks like he will have the chance to do that again this week in this all important match-up.

Jones (oblique) will play in Week 17. In fact NFL Network’s Albert Breer reports that the Falcons feel so good about Jones that they did not need to put him though any pregame tests. He could dominate the Panthers secondary if he is anywhere close to 100-percent.

Running back Steven Jackson will not play in this game however.

Jackson (quad) will be replaced by Jacquizz Rodgers in this game who will share time with Devonta Freeman. This is not a surprise as Jackson was listed as questionable.
