Jacksonville Jaguars at Houston Texans: Betting odds, point spread and tv info

The Jacksonville Jaguars will play out the seasons finale game on Sunday against the Houston Texans who still have a slim – albeit highly unlikely – chance to make the playoffs.

The Jaguars (3-12) have gotten glimpses of promise out of first round quarterback Blake Bortles. Winless on the road the Jaguars will look to knock off the Texans (8-7) and MVP candidate J.J. Watt.

Coverage of this game will air on FOX beginning at 1:00 pm ET from NRG Stadium in Houston, TX. Only local markets will be subjected to this misery.

The Odds: The Houston Texans are a 9.5 point favorite against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The over/under for this game is 40.5 total points.

Even if they miss the playoffs the Texans could finish the season 9-7 with a win in this one which is far improved from the 2-14 record and the 14 game losing streak from a year ago. Still there is work to be done in Houston – ok it’s just at quarterback. Seriously the rest of the roster is ready to win now.
