The Dallas Cowboys are coming off their bye week and headed towards a Sunday nigh game against an NFC East foe in the New York Giants.

Behind a dominant offensive line, running back DeMarco Murray has been a big part of the Cowboys success this year. Entering the season their were concerns about the injury history of Murray but thus far those questions have been erased with Murray leading the NFL in rushing yards. In fact Murray’s 1233 yards are 282 more than second place Le’Veon Bell of Pittsburgh.

“I don’t know about anyone else, but I just totally got away,” Murray said via ESPN. “I didn’t watch it. I didn’t concentrate on it. So I’m excited. I think we’re all recharged and ready to go.”

In nine of the Cowboys 10 games this season Murray has gone over the 100 yard mark and the back feels ready to finish the season strong.

“Obviously we’re running the ball well, and I think we’re throwing it well, too,” Murray said. “So in this part of the year, it’s cold, the weather, so I think running is going to be a little bit more of a factor for us, which is good. We’ve got a strong offensive line. We’ve got some backs who can run and also got a lot of guys on the edge that can go up and get the ball. So it’s going to be huge for us.”
