Josh Gordon’s suspension ends on Monday at which time the wide receiver will return to football activities with the Cleveland Browns. The NFL will have no further restrictions upon Gordon who could play as early as Week 12 against the Atlanta Falcons.
“(He) will be clear to resume normal activities without restriction,” AFC director of football communications Jon Zimmer said.
Fantasy Impact: This is the news many fantasy owners have been waiting to hear. Gordon immediately becomes one of the better options at wide receiver going forward after leading the NFL in yards last year despite missing two games. The Browns led the NFL in pass attempts a year ago but without Gordon and tight end Jordan Cameron they have returned to the ground game. That figures to change with both coming back.
