The Dallas Cowboys are not planning to suspend running back Joseph Randle following his arrest for shoplifting.

Randle will be fined between $10,000-$30,000 for allegedly attemping to steal a bottle of cologne and underwear from a Dilliard’s in Frisco.

Randle has run the ball 16 times this season for 113 yards. Five of those rushes came in Sunday’s upset win over Seattle for a total of 52 yards.

The Cowboys will however be without linebacker Bruce Carter. The veteran Carter is expected to return for Week 8.

“I feel good,” Carter said Tuesday. “It’s just a matter of getting my strength back and getting myself back in shape.”

Kyle Wilber will make his second-consecutive start against the Giants.
