Ben Tate active for game against Titans

The Cleveland Browns have running back Ben Tate active for Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans.

Tate and the Browns had some concerns this week about the status of his knee but all signs point to him getting the start and playing a large part of Week 5.

Isaiah Crowell will be second on the depth chart behind Tate and will fill-in when necessary.

The 26-year-old Tate has not played in nearly a month., He had six carries for 41 yards in the season opener against Pittsburgh.

The Browns have CB Pierre Desir, RB Glenn Winston, DB Robert Nelson, DL Ish Kitchen, TE Gerell Robinson, DL John Hughes, and WR Rodney Smith listed as inactive.
