The Seattle Seahawks have re-signed backup quarterback Tarvaris Jackson.
There was never going to be much of a market for Jackson as he has attempted just 13 passes since the 2011 season came to a close. His familiarity with the system of Pete Carroll is being valued here.

Soon to be 31, Jackson has made it clear he is comfortable with is role as a backup quarterback these days. Of all the places to be a backup quarterback, Seattle ranks as one of the best for obvious reasons.
