Ryan, the defensive coordinator for the New Orleans Saints, will serve as the Krewe of Argus’ 2014 grand marshall on March 4.
“We are so excited to announce that Saints defensive coordinator Rob Ryan will be riding as our grand marshal this year! Who Dat!!!” the krewe wrote on a Jan. 16 post on its Facebook page, announcing the news.
On Mardi Gras morning the parade will roll off. Argus is known as being a giant with 100 eyes, Ryan is known for his silver flowing hair.
