The NFL is trying to bring interest to the Pro Bowl. This year it was having a draft rather than the traditional NFC vs. AFC match-up.
One of the consequences of this is having teammates playing on opposite teams. As was the case between Jamaal Charles and Derrick Johnson of the Kansas City Chiefs.
Of course the two found each other in the Pro Bowl and of course the results were hard hitting and not the stuff that fans of the Chiefs want to see. Perhaps they should have been in WWE Royal Rumble.
