Chiefs rule out tackle Eric Fisher against Colts

The Kansas City Chiefs will be without right tackle Eric Fisher for Saturday’s Wild Card playoff game against the Indianapolis Colts.

Fisher, a rookie, is dealing with a groin injury. He will be replaced by Donald Stephenson who started seven games during the regular season.

On a positive note for the Chiefs offensive line, Branden Albert has been practicing and should return to protect quarterback Alex Smith’s blindside. Albert will be tasked with stopping Defensive MVP candidate Robert Mathis from disrupting the Chiefs passing game.
