Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo will undergo an MRI on his back Monday. Romo does not envision sitting out of next week’s winner take all game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Romo led the Cowboys to a 24-23 win over the Washington Redskins on Sunday. The win kept the Cowboys in playoff contention but they will need to win against the Eagles next week to make the playoffs.

The Cowboys signal caller said his back was sore entering Sunday’s game and a early hit gave him some trouble.
“That triggered it a little bit,” Romo said, via ESPN. “Whatever the kid did on that one play, it really sent something that didn’t feel comfortable.
“But it’s in a completely different spot than the back stuff I had last year, so that’s a good sign.”
