Aaron Rodgers was spotted throwing without pain prior to Thanksgiving Day’s game between the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions.
While Rodgers will not play on Thanksgiving the quarterback could be back in time to play in Week 14 against the Atlanta Falcons.
Rodgers told Bob Holtzman of ESPN that he hopes to play against the Falcons. The Packers quarterback believes he will regain enough strength and flexibility to play in the Dec. 8 contest.
Matt Flynn will operate the Packers offense on Thanksgiving Day.
