The Dallas Cowboys have parted ways with Jay Ratliff.
Ratliff, 32, had not played for the team this season and was placed on the failed physical list on Wednesday. During training camp Ratliff suffered a hamstring injury during a conditioning test.
While Ratliff was eligible to come back this week the Cowboys have moved on from him. He will now be free to sign with any team in the league.
