Every once and a while a kicker tries to step up and make a tackle. Occasionally a kicker makes a tackle but more often than not it ends this way.
That is Seattle Seahawks kicker Steven Hauschka getting run over or “trucked” by Darius Reynaud of the Tennessee Titans.
All that is left is the “Welcome to football” from Necessary Roughness.
Hauschka was evaluated for a concussion but was able to return and made a pair of field goals.
