Cleveland Browns quarterback Brian Hoyer has a partially torn ACL but will seek a second opinion before getting it repaired.
Hoyer began starting for the Browns in Week 3 and won consecutive starts before being injured in Thursday nights game against Buffalo.

During Hoyer’s three games he completed 59.4 percent of his passes for 615 yards and five touchdowns while throwing three interceptions.
Brandon Weeden will resume the starters role in Cleveland.
