The Denver Broncos will be without left tackle Ryan Clady for some time after he was diagnosed with a Lisfranc sprain in his left foot.
There is no clear timetable on the return of Clady but the Broncos must have some concern as they have have given backup Chris Clark a two-year extension.
Clady could be placed on the short-term injured reserve. While the loss of a teams left tackle is usually a big deal the Broncos figure to withstand this one for the most part thanks to the awareness of quarterback Peyton Manning.
The Broncos opponent in Week 3 is Oakland who lacks any significant pass rush.
