San Diego Charger wide receiver Malcom Floyd left Sunday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles on a stretcher after taking a hit to the head.
Eagles linebacker DeMeco Ryans hit Floyd in the top of his helmet pushing the receive’s head down into his neck.

Prior to leaving the game, Floyd had hauled in five catches for 102 yards. He was ruled out for the rest of the game.
