The New York Giants will be without backup running back Andre Brown for four to six weeks.

Brown was injuried in the Giants preseason finale on Thursday night. Brown was left with a fractured left leg, the same leg he fractured last season.

David Wilson is currently set to be backed up by a combination of Ryan Torain, Da’Rel Scott and seventh-round pick Michael Cox.

The Giants will consider other options after final cuts on Saturday.

Brown carried the ball 73 times for 385 yards and eight touchdowns last season.
