Colin Kaepernick was recently spotted wearing a Miami Dolphins hat. Kaepernick, 25, is not a member of the Dolphins. In fact Kaepernick plays for the San Francisco 49ers, something that was not lost on the teams fanbase.
Initially Kaepernick tried to downplay the incident as it just being a hat but now the quarterback is calling for a peace offering posting a photo of himself in a 49ers hat.

In responding to the hat incident Kaepernick told fans on Instagram last week that he was committed to the 49ers.
“I’m goin wear what I want regardless of what you think, all you need to worry about is the fact that I grind for my teammates and the 49ers!! I plan on doin this until they won’t let me in the building! #ridiculous #y’allmustbebored”
