The San Antonio Spurs will keep Manu Ginobili off the court for Wednesday’s game against the Dallas Mavericks.
This will just be Ginobili’s second missed game of the season. He suffered a left hamstring injury on Tuesday.
Other Injuries:
Toronto Forward Tyler Hansbrough (ankle) will not play against the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday. The Pistons are expected to be without Chauncey Billups in this game. Rodney Stuckey will try to play for the Pistons.
Los Angeles Lakers guard Nick Young will try to play Wednesday against the Houston Rockets.
