You got a problem with me?\u201d asked Sadler.<\/p>\n<p>After Smith offered his version of events, Sadler remained unmoved telling him, \u201cYou will not win this championship, mark my word.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Smith and Sadler were racing for position and are involved in a championship battle. Sadler was third when Smith made contact with him sending him to an 18th place finish and dropping him 24 points behind Smith in the point standings.<\/p>\n<p>Later while speaking with reporters Smith shouldered some of the blame.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just had a run on the last re-start on the bottom, and I don\u2019t know who was ahead of him, I think the 20 (Brian Vickers) went to block him and he (Sadler) went to block me,\u2019\u2019 Smith said. \u201cAnd I had a run on the inside so I went in there and got way down on the flat and slipped sideways, trying to keep off him initially there and when I did, it snapped sideways into him and took him out.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s my fault. I hate that it happened, but you can\u2019t take it back. It is what it is.
