Either way things don&#8217;t look great for him staying on the field for the time being.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"font-size: 13px\">Saltalamacchia had surgery for thoracic outlet syndrone last year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 13px\">Saltalamacchia drove in the winning run on opening day with a single in the ninth.
