The NASCAR Nationwide Series<\/strong> kicks off with its season opener on Saturday with the Drive4COPD 300<\/strong> at Daytona International Speedway<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The race features many veteran drivers in Kyle Busch, Matt Kenseth, Tony Stewart, Brad Keselowski, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kasey<\/strong> Kahne<\/strong> and Kurt Busch<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

TRUCKS:<\/strong> Sauter wins, full results<\/a><\/p>\n

The race is 120 laps, 300 miles<\/strong> around Daytona’s 2.5 mile track<\/strong>. The race will be broadcast live on ESPN<\/strong>, they will start airing their coverage at 12:00 p.m EST<\/strong>.\u00a0 The races green flag start time<\/strong> is scheduled for 1:34 p.m EST. <\/strong><\/p>\n

MRN radio<\/strong> is your place to be if you can’t catch the race live or on television.<\/p>\n

Trevor Bayne<\/strong> captured the pole for the race with a lap speed of 177.162<\/strong> during Friday’s qualifying run. Sam Hornish Jr.<\/strong> will start alongside him.<\/p>\n

CUP SERIES:<\/strong> Danica on pole, full starting lineup<\/a><\/p>\n

The weather will be nice in Daytona<\/strong> today, party cloudy, 84 degrees<\/strong> with only a 10% chance of rain.<\/p>\n

Last year, James Buescher<\/strong> won his first ever Nationwide race by avoiding cars on a last lap crash. Buescher will not be in the race today.<\/p>\n
