Quiroga will compete for Rookie of the Year honors in the series with Dan Stillman serving a the crew chief.<\/p>\n<p>Over the lat two years Quiroga has driven a handful of races for Kyle Busch Motorsports in the series.<\/p>\n<p>NET10 will serve as an associate sponsor in the ten races that they are not the primary sponsor.
