He will have his fans help him, and, in return, they will have their photo, among possibly thousands of others, placed on his Stadium SUPER Truck. A website specifically dedicated to crowdfunding is in place and donations are currently streaming in on behalf of the driver; <a href=\"http:\/\/app.streamsend.com\/c\/17894197\/1644\/gqmyGJB\/p92g6elqv6?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.arietruck.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">www.arietruck.com<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1359410241269_2170\"><span id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1359410241269_2169\" style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">&#8220;To have Arie Luyendyk Jr. in our series, it gives us Indy 500 winning genes, a TV personality and a fan base that is different than any other driver&#8217;s fan base in motorsports today,\u201d said series founder Gordon. \u201cWe&#8217;re really excited to have Arie come participate in testing and he\u2019s done a good job getting accustomed to the 600 horsepower Stadium SUPER Trucks.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1359410241269_2174\"><span id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1359410241269_2173\" style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Luyendyk Jr., 32, is the son of two-time Indianapolis 500 winner Arie Luyendyk, and has competed in various racing series from Formula Ford to 12 Hours of Sebring to the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona. He excelled by finishing runner-up in championship points for the 2002 Indy Lights Series and qualified for his first Indianapolis 500 in 2006. He was voted Indy Lights \u201cMost Popular Driver\u201d four years in a row from 2003-06. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1359410241269_2176\"><span id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1359410241269_2175\" style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">More recently, Luyendyk Jr. might even be more widely noted for placing second on the eighth season of the reality show <i>The Bachelorette,<\/i> in which he was attempting to win the heart of bachelorette Emily Maynard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1359410241269_2178\"><span id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1359410241269_2177\" style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">\u201cDoing what you love is most important and racing is my life, my passion,\u201d said Luyendyk. \u201cThe thrill I get when I\u2019m racing is indescribable.
