He said, &#8220;\u201cWe reached out through our NASCAR channels to help spread the word and Matt\u2019s team jumped at the opportunity to help out.\u00a0 We\u2019re excited to work with a championship team and organization to help promote the efforts of the National Breast Cancer Foundation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Matt Kenseth said he &#8220;is honored to have a chance to run the pink car at Talladega&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>With October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we were able to get support from Ford to help raise awareness and funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation and I&#8217;m happy to help support the cause.\u201dKenseth said.<\/p>\n<p>The first opportunity to see Kenseth\u2019s pink No. 17 NBCF Ford EcoBoost Fusion on the track will be during NASCAR Sprint Cup Series practice on Friday, Oct. 5.\u00a0 Kenseth has 25 starts at the 2.66-mile track and has earned four top five and seven top-ten finishes.\u00a0 Earlier this season at Talladega, Kenseth finished third and led for a total of 73 laps.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Matt Kenseth, driver of the No.17 Best Buy Ford Fusion for Roush Fenway Racing will reach out in support for breast cancer awareness by sporting a pink car at Talladega SuperSpeedway during the October 5-7 weekend.
