Dillon would win the pole for the race.<\/p>\n<p>NASCAR issued a $25,000 fine to Dillon&#8217;s crew chief Danny Stockman Jr. and also gave the team a 10 point penalty. Car chief Gregory Ebert has also been suspended for this weekend at Dover. Dillon dropped from 13th to 14th in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series driver standings.<\/p>\n<p>Jeremy Bullins, crew chief for the No. 12 Penske Ford of Ryan Blaney, was fined $10,000 after a lug nut was found to be not safely secured in a post-race check following Sunday&#8217;s Geico 500.
