Kyle Benjamin will pilot the No. 45 Chevrolet for Niece Motorsports in seven NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series (NGOTS) events during the 2019 season. <\/span><\/p>\n

Benjamin\u2019s first start with Niece Motorsports will come at the Series\u2019 second visit to Texas Motor Speedway on June 7.<\/p>\n

\u201cKyle has been successful in everything he\u2019s run,\u201d said General Manager Cody Efaw.  \u201cWe are excited to have him on board and are looking forward to running strong with Kyle and hopefully contending for some wins.\u201d<\/p>\n

Benjamin\u2019s impressive resume includes multiple wins in the ARCA Racing Series.  In 23 starts, he earned three wins, three poles, nine top-five finishes and 17 top-10 finishes. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m excited to get back to the Truck Series, especially with Niece Motorsports,\u201d said Benjamin.  \u201cThis team has had an incredibly strong start to the 2019 season, so I feel fortunate to continue to build on that momentum and hopefully put together some solid finishes.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

By the age of 19, the Easley, South Carolina native, had earned five wins in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East, including three victories from the pole position.<\/p>\n

Following Texas Motor Speedway, Benjamin will return to action at Iowa Speedway, on June 15, the site of one of his K&N victories.<\/p>\n

Benjamin will also take the wheel at World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway, Pocono Raceway, Michigan International Speedway, Canadian Tire Motorsports Park and in the season-finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway.<\/p>\n

The 21-year-old driver has two NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series starts to his credit, both coming last season at Martinsville Speedway.  He did not start outside of the top-five in either event, earning two top-five finishes, including a runner-up finish in the spring, and leading a combined total of 80 laps.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Benjamin has eight starts under his belt in the NASCAR XFINITY Series, coming in 2017 and 2018.  In those eight starts, Benjamin earned two poles; qualifying in the top-10 in seven races and in the top-12 for all eight.  He earned two top-five and three top-10 finishes in those eight starts and led multiple laps in half of those starts. <\/span><\/p>\n
